    What's wrong with you guys, after recent update whenever m trying to.book a cab it ask me to scan my debit or credit card, which he takes after 10 min. Of me holding my card and hoping it will scan but it won't, anyhow it does scan after it says process error something like that.     Unreliable. Bad or no existent service. Drivers have cancelled many times when we're trying to get our baby home to a warm house instead of standing outside in the cold with shopping waiting for the next unreliable driver to cancel on us yet again. Yet we as customers will get charged if we did the same thing. However when you do get a driver they take the longest route possible. Not happy. Full Review

    This is for today's experience. Recently, I got an offer for UberMoto. Riding 6 km for 20 Rupees. No Coupon required. I took a ride that meets all the terms and conditions. Still i have been charged 47.26 Rupees, more than uberPool or ola services. I have even reported this. But nobody cared to reply or contact me. Full Review

    I have tried multiple times but the app isn't letting me add a payment method forcing me to pay in cash. and your dumb site says"please use app to add payment method". Don't know how such a glitch can happen, It's supposed to be a basic functionality. Your bot kind answers are of no help, please atleast share an email id where I can send the error screen shot.     I have been using this app now since for a long time and till now I have been liking this app. But recently it has become quite annoying. For same location first it showed 89 Rs fare and then suddenly jumped to 194 rs and then 235 and then 275 rs. What you guys are trying to do. A Con. Fix this issue asap it's hell frustrating.     The customer service Is pathetic, they have no connection with their drivers.. After opting for online payment the driver doesn't know how to help me pay online instead accepts cash which I thought will work...n then after I tried booking my next cab it says pay the outstanding amount which I already paid the driver..     Uber is asking me to update my phone number and when I enter the number, says already exists and can't be transfered to someone else. It exists because it's mine!!!!! I was using it!!!! I signed out and can't signe in again. And there is no customer service number to call and solve the issue!!!! Editing The Review: I emailed Uber on the same day, and after about an hour they replied back, and solved my issue. But I missed my plan anyway! It would be nice to have a faster way to solve issues.     Worst app ever, don't use it. The other day the driver drove past me and did not arrange to ask me move to the opposite side, he immediately cancelled my trip and I have to pay $6 so that I can book another one eventhough I have selected the option "driver cancelled". It still keep prompting me to pay $6 for a ride that I never got on. Work on your system design man, I have to use grab because your app sucks so badly. Full Review

    It is convenient but really annoying when a driver cancels the booking and then I get charged £5.00. I only found out after looking on my bank statement. Really dodgy as it has happened a lot. Then you only it get your money back off your next Uber trip. Full Review

    From day one till today..my wish that Uber drivers should wear shoes NOT barefooted....slippers....esp those recently passed their licences with (P)stickers.... From no rating to five star from Uber....yet drivers failed to maintained theirs.... Given by riders...blacked eyed star down to a Ten star....should drivers cancelled riders yet riders had to pay cancellation fees.. is that fairness?     Uber has no qualms about cheating their customers. Probably the reason why they don't have a customer support is because their fraud is sponsored by the management supports the fraud. Their app showed me a free ride and the driver took me through the longest possible route for that ride. I didn't bother about the route because it was a free ride and I was in no hurry. When I tried to book my next ride, I got a message that I have to pay for the previous ride before I can book my next ride. I tried contacting their customer service, but got only automated replies. I tweeted about this and someone almost halved the amount, but still no response on why I was lied to. These guys are a bunch of liars and cheats. Full Review

    I don't get why you guys are charging customers for cancelation when the driver is completing another trip... the wait time is longer than cancelling and getting another available driver.     During peak times its understandable that u raise your rates. But, u ppl cheat the customer very smartly. While searching for the cab it will show that the cab will arrive in less than 5 min. Once you book, the app will show that the cab will arrange in 25 to 30 min. The customer cant even cancel the trip after that. Its really bad. Full Review

    The app does not show me an option for scheduling a UBER ahead of time. Help files said click on icon next to destination - what ICON ? "Answer from UBER Technologies . . . I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Unfortunately, scheduled rides are not available in the area you're requesting from. However, you'll still be able to request a ride normally when you're ready to take a trip. Once the said feature is available in the area, the option will prompt for scheduled rides..." Full Review

    Pretty bad. The way uberpool is programmed really doesn't help the drivers or the riders. People end up spending more time driving around to pick multiple passengers. Really bad user experience in general. Fix your algorithm to make it smoother for both end users. Full Review

    Many of the drivers recently have become lazy, rude, don't answer their calls, inappropriate advances more than once, and will not move for 5 sometimes 10 minutes after they accepted your ride leaving you waiting that additional time to eta then if you cancel because they won't move you get charged $5 because they were already on their way (when they hadn't moved at all for 10 minutes). I used to love uber, I used to use it everyday. I've been using lyft to see if it's just my imagination and it's not. Uber USED to be better, but at the moment service with Lyft is much better than Uber. Full Review

    I used uber 3 times as a passenger. Drivers showed up almost immediately. Word of advice to complaining users (from me, a fellow Uber driver): every time you request an uber, make sure youre actually READY to hop in the car. Drivers do not have to wait for longer than 2 minutes, because there might be other riders making requests, and youre holding them up for no reason. If you get a "no-show" fee, thats your own fault!     If customers can be charged for being 2 mins late, then why not drivers for being more than 5 mins late than the set time? Today in the morning I requested uber pool and uber said that the driver was 6 mins away from my location. After 6 mins I called up the driver and he said it would take him 10 more mins to reach my location. When even after 15 mins he didn't arrive, I had to cancel the trip as I was getting late for work. And for this, I was charged rs. 42 by uber! Wow! What great services, man! They Loot their customers! 👎👎 Full Review
