    I agree with the user below Ankit where Uber automatically changes the drop off location after accepting it. We then have the update the location again where in the fare changes which is normally double of the original. I had a issue but after a few email exchanges Uber was able to sort it out.     This stupid app has no option to complain about the delay or any other complaints about the current ride. You can not cancel also, because of delay by the driver, if you do you will be charged. Once I booked@23.00hrs, the driver cancelled my booking and left, I was charged for that and these didn't allow me to book next ride unless I pay for that cancellation by that driver. These guys services are not good for emergency and late night rides These people promotions are big blunders Full Review

    This is the worst cab service I have eve experienced.. The uber is a looter.. The app perform extremely wrong.. I booked the pool ride which at the time of starting the trip converted into uber go which was 5 times costlier.. And even before starting the journey the driver who kept my luggage in the trunk refused to give my luggage if I don't pay the fare which was going to display in his mobile..     Never ever trust their discounts and coupons as they will anyhow get the cost from your wallet or paytm. Uber share - Sheer waste of time.     Your app has a bug. It automatically changes pickup and drop location to convenient hotspots without users express permission even in private rides. This results in lots of cancelations which in turn causes revenue leakage through cancelation fee reimbursement. Or perhaps a sanctioned scam to raise credit or blocking money from prepaid customers to force repeat business. I sincerely hope that it's a bug and not some dirty business tactic.     Useless drivers If driver refuses the trip.. Then we costumers have to bare the canclelation charges...     I have been trying to book an UBER since last night from Mumbai to Igatpuri . I have got calls from at least 5 drivers saying we can't drive to an outstation destination. I am quite amused to know that if UBER can't deliver to a particular destination why does it allow you to book and y do drivers call and then ask the customer to cancel.     Took Uber around town for a few days while my car was in the shop. Found rides quickly every time but the rates varied quite a bit even to and from the same locations. Uber XL is insanely pricey as well. I'm a larger dude and playing Russian roulette with whether you will fit right in the backseat of a car can be annoying. Full Review

    Every time when we get updates,we need to download the updates with same data size as the size of whole app. This is not good. You should only give the data size of part of the app which is to be updated just like many other apps, but not the entire app every time of 25+ MBs. Full Review

    Driver cancel the ride claiming he waited three minutes for me then cancels. The problem stems from the fact that he claimed he was waiting when I just requested a ride and he was 3 minutes out. He called me and told me he was there and I told him in heading down. I see him leave and cancel the fair. Relayed this to their support and they didn't do anything to compensate and didn't credit me back. My order wasn't even in the system for 3 minuets so the whole situation made no sense.     Terrible, I've been left stuck several times by unreliable drivers. Uber need to do more to check drivers are up to the job and get rid of the poor ones. Uber act irresponsibley for there drivers and when you complain just say sorry and close your complaint with out providing you with answers. Although slightly more expensive, you can't beat a good old black cab in London, the drivers are friendly and get you where you need to be really quickly, unlike Uber drivers who don't know the streets and rely on poor satnavs. Full Review

Was suppose that car arrive in 3min but instead the car was go in opposite direction & 5min later was show me that will arrive in 15minutes!     I have a problem with family member getting a ride. Four different times I have contacted Uber by email. They tell me to do the same steps over and over that do not solve the problem. You cannot talk to a real live person if you have an immediate problem the only way to contact anyone is by sending an email message, then you just get a scripted reply no matter how clearly you try to state your problem.     The drivers are screwing up something, what could have been a wonderful service experience. You book the cab, and wait for it. They don't turn up at all. They don't cancel it. This ensures that you cannot book another cab. And UBER penalises us for the cancellation fee. Who will be responsible for the delays we face or the flights we miss? Its high time, just as heavy peak pricing UBER should start paying the customers for any delay 5-10x refund. Full Review

    Great. But when the driver cancels the ride on having some problem like flat Tyre, I am the one to pay for canceling the service.     We use uber for a pre estimated fare. What the use of that pre estimated fare if they you are not taking the one you are showing. Always the fare shown at last is more than the pre estimated fare. And when we complained its telling because of the time, the driver has to wait. But the driver didn't wait.     Please reply to this. If the app shows there are cars 4 min away from me . The booked car should be atleast 7 min away from me but the car which get booked is shown atleast 15-30 min away. Which is a very long time. Thats why i had to cancel many bookings upto now. So make it possible that the distance should be atleast 7 min away for shown 4 min of timing. Full Review

    For all those complaining that they are being charged for unfair cancellation by the driver, the solution is YOU NOT CANCELLING the trip. This forces the driver to cancel the trip, as he will be unable to pick up any other passenger while your trip is on. Once the driver cancels the trip, it is his cost as it should be. Full Review

    i was on a trip to Kolkata and on 14th jan this year I was sitting inside the cab. i kept my phone for charging inside the cab and after reaching the howrah train station i forgot to take it. i made a call after 10 minutes. when I called the cab driver (bijay) the driver said that the phone was with me which was a terrible lie. he said before in his car that mine was going to be the last trip after that he'll go home but while i was asking him to return my phone, all he said was he have already picked up 4 to 5 customers already and my phone was not there. drivers like him will bring your business down . terrible experience Full Review

    Service is good but most of the time they increase the estimated fare at trip end and after complaints they told that charges are higher due to more time than estimated even without traffic. If your driver drive slow than your estimated time then it's your fault not ours. Full Review
