Last update does not work at all on my Lenovo tab. Great game of tap the icon, get a crash. Also, the selection has gotten a lot worse over the last year or so - barely ever find anything to watch. Recommendations are the worst ever experienced. So, you like documetaries? Here is something with Nazis, some to-cheap-for-late-night tv german soap-documentary (don't understand german), and a lot of Adam Sandler movies - I've not yet seen a bearable one. Useless. I like this app. However, since the update before last, it will not load at all on my Lenovo tablet anymore - same as someone else has already posted. And there's not even an error code. Restart/reinstall doesn't do anything. Really annoying! Please fix this ASAP! Full Review

Can't open the app on my S8+ when using cellular data and I keep getting error code (-14). I've tried using it over wifi and going back but it always gives me the same error. Tried update and uninstalling and reinstalling app. Tried using the chrome browser because it's a supported app and still get an error code. I've been a loyal customer through thick and thin. I didnt say anything when they raised their prices. I even stuck by them when the content was never updated and poor. But I am planning to cancel my subscription if this issue doesn't get fixed soon. What 4k movies? What hd movies? The line up now is terrible and the thumbs up thing is pointless. The recent update has also made the 'Continue Watching' function and my Watch List completely disapear. I'm not about to trall through films and tv shows again to add to a liat that's already there. Was working fine until the last update on Galaxy S5. Now just crashes on every launch. Going to Amazon instead for a year, might return one day, might not. Same issues on Virgin Media box and Web site. Seems serious, been down for 3 days already. Full Review

I've been with netflix for years and have had no complaints, but latest update crashes upon launch when using my Hudl 2 tablet. Really love this tablet and have no intention of purchasing a replacement for quite some time. I'll give it a few weeks to see if issue is addressed, else I'll have to cancel my sub and go elsewhere. They cancelled one of the only reasons that I'm still subscribed. I was going to unsubscribe a while ago due to a lack of good content, but there where a couple of exceptions that I just had to keep subscribed for. Since netflix has cancelled em, I have no reason to pay $8 a month for this service. Full Review

Pointless if you want to watch movies as there are no choices. After 1 month is watched maybe 10 films then had no more descent choices. Thought there might be some classics from 80s or 90s, but nothing. Okay for TV series I guess, but forget it for movies. Canceled subscription after 40 days. Back to downloading I guess. Full Review

Have used the app for ages, really pleased especially since the function to download and watch later was added. Now since recent update app doesn't work properly, issues signing in all the time and download/offline function has disappeared. Rectify this and I'll happily give 5 stars. Full Review

This has to be the worst deal ive seen in a while. It claims to have everything you would ever want to watch, yet I can find zero shows or movies I'm looking for. Since last update I can't use Netflix on my android phone. Wrote to let them know. They sent me to FAQs, no help there. So I wrote to them another two times they haven't replied. I signed for a free month and haven't been able to get in. Get email to say free trial up well I couldn't get in to see what's happening. I wanted to change credit card details also can't even do that. When I try to sign up again says email address taken. Shouldn't be so hard to get into. There's nothing good on this, there's literally 3 marvel films, not even a complete trilogy at that. No game of thrones, no superhero TV shows what so ever and its just full of terrible films that got 3 stars or lower, seriously. Its a huge waste of money, don't download this Full Review

The app is awesome.. off late the subtitles on my smart TV disappeared and never show up again. When called up the customer care, they have nothing to say. Can this be fixed, when checked online, I could see many across the world are facing this subtitle issues. Can this be fixed by any chance?? Can we get back the sub titles?? If they are back again will give the 5 stars again. The subs works fine when watched k. My phone and doesn't show up on my smart TV. Another point is when I try to update the Netflix app on my smart TV i get a message that the update is not compatible with the TV .. Full Review

New update has created endless errors can't even use the app. Many complaints yet no fix. Less shows in Aus mow no shows at all as app is useless and no care on Netflix part. Don't care about users just take subscription fees and forget about us.... Full Review

I've yet to find the 4k movies. I can't even find the old classic movies I want to watch. the search doesn't help. so where are they!? I've been a member for a very long time. I joined when you first came out. things were much easier back then. I quit when you made some big change I didn't like. so I switched to blockbuster. used their service for years till they stopped or changed. then came back.. i also pay for the DVD service. I love that I can use my phone to cast Netflix movies to our new tv. it would be nice to get new movies a little quicker but that's a money maker for the DVD's. I will always love my Netflix and keep recommending it to friends, family and strangers. Full Review

Everything was fine until a few days ago. I can't get the app to connect to my chromecast anymore. I have tried uninstalling/reinstallation, rebooting, everything..yet the casting button fails to appear?? Chromecast is connected to same network...please help me resolve this issue!! Full Review

It's a good app overall, but it ceases to work more than is appropriate. When it refuses to play my shows, I have to restart my phone, uninstall the app, or both! It's quite frankly ridiculous, and I'd like for there to be extensive bug fixes so this stops. Full Review

I love Netflix!!! Haven't been with them long. Just got a smart TV not to long ago. Have it on there also. Would like to see all seasons for some or all TV shows not just a few that are on here. Like Law and Order SVU. Which only has 4 seasons not all of them. Would like to see more newer released movies. Not so many foregin movies. There are to many Asian movies. But other than that. There should be a feature that if you hold down on a film or TV show, etc. a menu comes up that gives you option to rate or add to your watch list. Or some other features that you can think of... Also maybe a category of Coming Soon to the list of categories so we know when stuff is coming to the streaming service side. Full Review

Latest update makes you sign in every time the app is opened, very annoying. Alright variety of shows. I Enjoy most Netflix originals. The app needs something to let viewers know which shows will soon be removed from Netflix. The way the show selection is displayed is extremely irritating. It is a goid app for watching tv shows but it does not have some of my favorites like harry potter and star wars but they did have all three back to the future movies and all three of the jurrasoc parks but they took them off. In general a good app Full Review

I'd give this a 5 star, but you need to fix a startup issue. I'm connected to the inflight WiFi, so the app is now trying to connect to the Netflix service and I can't view the shows I downloaded for offline. I've turned the WiFi off, and cleared the cache but the app seems to be in a bad state and won't start, presumably until I'm able to connect again. If I can't view those shows when I'm well and truly offline then there isn't much point is there? UPDATE: App was is a bad state, kept getting a -132 error. Had to reinstall according to the guidelines for this error, now I can't re-download the titles I wanted to watch for an entire year. GG Full Review

It still works on my original Wii console so, why do I have to jump through hoops and download a risky app because the latest update makes it incompatible with the majority of Android devices? Selection of shows and movies is very limited and mostly generic junk The selection for children's and families is mostly generic, foreign, or netflix series. I primarily use netflix for family viewing. Occasionally my husband and I will attemp to find something to watch together and have the same problem with the mature selection. I give it a 2 ð because of convenience and it's cheaper than cable. I am searching for a replacement. Full Review

I thought that netflix is useless because U can watch every single movie or show online. But you have to know what you wanna watch . As soon as i tried Netflix I felt in love with it . Now I can just browse and think what to watch. App is good but has some flaws. One of major problems I have is that after few mins of watching is my movie/show loading really slowly . Since the last update I haven't been able to watch on my Android phone. Keep getting an error that it can't reach the Netflix Service and to try again later but it never let's me. Not happy, not gonna keep paying for something that hasn't been working. I've never had this issue before but it just keeps giving me the error. I've never used Wi-Fi to watch it, just my unlimited data plan and it's always worked just fine. I'll be waiting for another update and if it doesn't work then I'll be canceling my subscription with Netflix.**updated today and same issue. Cancelled my service work Netflix. ** Full Review
