Five years ago, Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas, a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.

Now, it’s the early 90’s. Carl’s got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster.

On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.

Rockstar Games brings its biggest release to mobile yet with a vast open-world covering the state of San Andreas and its three major cities – Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas – with enhanced visual fidelity and over 70 hours of gameplay.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas features:
• Remastered, high-resolution graphics built specifically for mobile including lighting enhancements, an enriched color palette and improved character models.
• Cloud save support for playing across all your mobile devices for Rockstar Social Club Members.
• Dual analog stick controls for full camera and movement control.
• Three different control schemes and customizable controls with contextual options to display buttons only when you need them.
• Compatible with the MoGa Wireless Game Controllers and select Bluetooth and USB gamepads.
• Integrated with Immersion tactile effects.
• Tailor your visual experience with adjustable graphic settings.

I played this on PlayStation 2 and really looked forward to it. It's exactly how I remembered. The poor rating is because it keeps crashing using a Samsung S6. It's virtually unplayable and when it does work for a short time it crashes during or just at the end of missions. Very frustrating and means I can't enjoy it as I never know when it'll crash next. I have now provided feedback twice and have had no response. If you are going to charge money at least have the decency to reply and/or fix whatever bug is causing the issue. Full Review

Awesome Like every thing from the main game is in the mobile vresion/:; or at least close to every thing... but still it's amazing what u guys did for those gta fans who were dying to play this game for on the go thanks a mill, and come up with some cheats for it to make it even more diabolical and entertaining. BTW when u make gta liberty city for mobile that's going to be really cool, and not to mention mind blowing. Full Review

Love the game but..... As others have mentioned, Lollipop upgrade killed connectivity with my Moga Pocket controller. Worked great on my Nexus 7 gen 2 tablet and Galaxy S5 prior to the upgrade. Useless now. Contacted Rockstar, Google and Moga. They responded but unhelpful and not too interested. Game is very difficult with on screen controls so, no controller = no fun. Full Review

Its still a fun game. Would have given it 5* but thr controls are a bit sticky at times for example, when holding the sprint button and moving the "analag stick" to change direction it breifly turns the camera angle to 180° randomly. I still havent figured out why or how to fix it. But whatever its gta sa on a phone. Full Review

Harsh graphic errors, no controller configuration Errors in graphics seem to randomly occur which cause a plane of distortion to randomly obscure parts of the screen. A lack of ability to reconfigure the control scheme is extremely disappointing, especially on a platform with a wide range of controllers available. Samsung Note 5 w/ Dualshock 4 wired Full Review

Game play Pulls to the left when driving a car makes it unplayable and not as fun to play . Button lay out sucks. I would like to use my ps4 controller to try and get the real feel of the game but you can't setup a joystick layout it stays the same. Controller feedback is slow. Full Review

Great if you have a gamepad Gta san andreas is pretty much the same game on mobile. Default touch controls arn't ideal though, I'd recommend a duelshock 4 with one of those clamps. The game its self is great with a huge open world full of stuff to do, it will do a number on older phones though unless you turn the setting's down. Full Review

Great but there's a glitch there's a destination that's always showing after doing the Valet missions yet I go there and it's nothing. Even shows up on other missions. It's actually annoying because it gets in the way of the main objective by bringing me somewhere that had nothing to do with my current mission please help. Full Review

Awesome! I play it on gpd q9, shame i cant use the awesome dpad of this gaming tablet but have to use the so-so analogs, but they are good enough for enjoying the game! Runs at constant 60fps on highest settings! Greatfun, cheaper then pc , and with cloud save, so when i get my preordered gpd xd (clamshell like 3ds but with true analog joysticks and l3, r3, god bless China) i will continue where i left of! Awesome! Great loading time and no lag on my NVidia SHIELD, however there are a few bugs such as draw distance ghosting. Another bug is that cars veer left or right by varying amounts. Sometimes it doesn't affect driving and other times it's game breaking. -1 star until fixed. Full Review

Brilliant up until now. Loved it originally and now on mobile. Works amazingly and plays as fun as it was on ps2. But I have one problem. I can only enjoy this in one game session. Once I close the game, I can't reopen it. I open the app and go through the menu and load the game and as soon as the loading finishes, it just closes. Every time. Please contact me to help fix this because I really do want to replay this classic. Full Review

Los santo Gta san Andreas is a well made game and its transfer to the Android and ios was flawlessly the same. Despite the control's in touchscreen useing the analog is hard to use other thin on the ps2...i think going in to the settings and changing the driving from analog to the arrows. I also recommend it to other basic Did you know gta 5 and Gta san Andreas are both in los Santos... I just realized it.. Full Review

So I downloaded this and it works great but for some reason the buttons to my PS3 controller are are mapped wrong. and I refuse to pay for a game that I can't play with a controller so fix it, or I'll be getting a refund. I just don't understand why a buttonmapping tab isn't in the settings already. I would love to enjoy this game on my phone like I did on my PS2, so please fix it and I'll rate five stars. Great app, but it barely works The app is really great except for a few things such as texture bugs. The only reason why I rated it so low is because THE APP ALWAYS CRASHES. I'm about to load up my save, crash. Load into a mission, crash, etc. Full Review

Good overall Gotta give it 2 stars since they decided to hound me about rating a game that I paid for. Overall the game plays well and it's framerate is steady most of the time. You'll get lots of graphical glitches like car models freaking out and taking up the whole screen. The occational crash as well. Controls for combat take some getting used to. More fun than 3 since movement and combat is more complex and you can hunt down packs of rival gangs for money+ammo. Full Review

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 - Glitching and Flashing Visuals!!! Hi Rockstar, my Galaxy Note 5 and everybody else's Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 are having severe Graphic glitches and flashing. It flashes the polygons black on certain parts of the screen around the sides of the display every 8 or so seconds, especially when moving or rotating around! Please fix ASAP as I believe that this bug has been around for quite some time and you can see on play tests and SA benchmarks of the phone that other people are affected as well. A response to this review would be nice! Full Review

Good game but buggy On my LG G4 it frequently has these split second pop ups of some kind of menu or stats page. It usually causes the cut screens to cancel. A bit buggy, but still cool There are some bugs, but mostly, it's the same game. Those frustrating Zero missions have been made a bit easier, so that's good. One thing, though: If you buy this game, be sure to have at least two extra saved games in slots, just in case of corruption. Full Review
